Comprehensive landscape assessment and masterplanning services for the residential development, infrastructure and open space for up to 80 dwellings on the fringes of Dunbar. The Concept Masterplan incorporated the extension to Dunbar within a parkland setting, offering new recreational facilities and pedestrian/cycle path links to the existing community facilities. The process included a Representation to the Local Plan which was followed by a community engagement exercise prior to the production of a comprehensive landscape and design package in support of the Planning in Principle application. VLM presented evidence relating to landscape matters at a Local Hearing and planning permission was subsequently granted.
