Masterplanning and landscape design services to form part of an outline planning application package and thereafter to address the planning conditions. The fully integrated village offers up to 1,000 new houses, a business park, community facilities, sports facilities and public open space all within a fully integrated transport system and extensive landscape framework. Working closely with ecologists and arboriculturalists, a comprehensive and proactive strategy for the future long term maintenance of the key features and resources across the subject lands was formulated. In particular, there was a need to conserve and enhance the biodiversity and habitats present within the river corridor which dissected the site and across the entire landholding which contained a strong existing woodland framework.
