Landscape and Visual Appraisal and landscape design for a small-scale residential development of up to 11 new dwellings, located on the fringes of Liberton. The proposed site has Green Belt status and lies adjacent to a brownfield site comprising a number of listed buildings within a steading-type development.  The appraisal assessed the potential impacts on the Green Belt designation, impacts on the City skyline, and the wider recreational resource and designated landscape of the Braid Hills and Blackford Hill.
